How do we pay the referral fee?
Referral reward will be paid once the referred brand completes their third month of paid subscription, or pays annually. We pay the referral reward via bank transfer. There is no limit on how many referrals you can make.
Is my referral a good fit?
➜ A Shopify eCommerce store
Your referral must be a Shopify eCommerce store interested in using shoppable videos and/or live shopping on their site.
➜ Works with founder or marketing
Your referral is ideally the head of eCommerce at their company. However, feel free to refer: business owner, founder, digital marketing, eCommerce manager etc.
➜ Has enough web traffic
The brand will need sales volume and marketing spend that justifies using a video commerce platform (Unique visitors > 20k a month). Ideally, the brand will have been operating for more than 6 months.
➜ Not a part of your team
You need to refer a person outside of your own company. Referring a client is different from inviting a new user to an existing LiveMeUp account.
➜ The referral needs to be original
For obvious reasons, we are not going to pay a referral fee if we are actively talking to the brand about using LiveMeUp. When this happens, one of our team will let you know immediately. Unfortunately, stores who have been customers in the past twelve months will not be eligible to take part in this referral program.
